Refund Policy





Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refund is only possible if your product does not reach you even after purchase, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This may take up to a month or more, depending on the transaction.

Once we agree to refund, please do give us time to complete the process. This process takes time as banks, service providers and other agencies are involved such as Visa, Mastercard etc.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the delivery item is not received within 2 hours from the delivery time, by you or by the person who is supposed to receive them, it will be considered as delivered and the product will go back to the store. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Due to the Perishable nature of our items, we do not exchange items once they are bought. However if you have received a completely damaged product, we will look into the matter and try to solve it for you if your approach is genuine, humble and respectful in nature.
